OLYMPIAN BREDAHL-BAKER RIDES DREAMMASTER DMV TO TOP USDF AWARD

International judge and Olympic medallist Charlotte Bredahl-Baker has created a winning partnership with homebred 8 year old Hanoverian stallion Dreammaster DMV. Her exceptional training skills are evident as she trained Dreammaster DMV to perform the Prix St. George and Intermediate 1 movements to winning form in just a few months. Dreammaster DMV is the Champion All Breed Award Winner at Prix St. George for the American Warmblood Society. His award will be presented at the 2011 USDF Awards Banquet December 2. Charlotte and Dreammaster DMV are one of the few elite combinations selected to be put through their paces at the USDF Symposium December 3 and 4 at the Del Mar Arena, San Diego before the USEF Coaching Team: Scott Hassler, Anne Gribbons, Debbie Macdonald and Jeremy Steinberg.

SECOND HOMEBRED YOUNGSTER TO WIN 2011 USDF TITLE

Three year old Ballerina DMV (Balletmeister/Dimaggio), trained and competed by John Dingle, had the exceptional median score of over 85% to win the Champion title for the USDF Materiale Horse of the Year. In just two outings, John demonstrated Ballerina DMV’s dynamic athleticism. Judge Wysocki commented: “The highlight for me of this performance was the walk, trot and canter!” John and Ballerina’s new owner Mr. Leroy “Bus” Fuller will attend the gala dinner to receive the award. Ballerina DMV will stay in training and compete partnered with John Dingle.

DREAMCATCHER MEADOWS TOP TEN USDF BREEDERS

In just two outings, the homebred youngsters three year old filly Ballerina DMV, two year old filly Lady of the Dance DMV and yearling colt Lordsley DMV secured scores to place Dreamcatcher Meadows Ventures Ltd. 8th place in the 2011 USDF Dressage Sport Horse Breeder of the Year competition

Ballerina DMV – Champion 3 Year Old Materiale; Res. Ch. Materiale All 3,4, 5 Year Olds, All Sexes
Lordsley DMV – 8th Colt or Gelding 1 year olds
Lady of the Dance DMV – 11th 2 Year Old Filly
Ballerina DMV – 10th – 3 Year Old Filly

DREAMCATCHER NOVICES DEBUT AS WINNERS!

Congratulations to Shelley Sharpe (40ish) and daughter Mackenzie, 15, at their first show. It was a double debut as Shelley rode in her first ever competiton on her three year old mare, Juliet DMV (Dreammaker DMV/Jannath), winning her class and praise from the judge. John Dingle took Shellely’s 4 year old DREAMMASTER DMV son, appropriately named MASTERMIND DMV, to win the FEI Material on both days with scores of 7.6 and 7.42. Jill qualified for the US Region 6 championships with long-term partner DREAMCATCHER with two wins at Inter 1 and 2 wins in the Freestyle, scoring mid to high 60s and giving them the FEI Championship. High score of the show was clearly BALLERINA DMV with her 87.6%!

This was the first show for homebred BALLERINA DMV (Material 3 y.o 85.3 and 87.6%; 78.3 breeders 3 y.o. and Res. Champion) Colt LORDSLEY DMV won his age group with 77.3 and was Champion for the show male group. Two year old LADY OF THE DANCE continued last years wins with 75.3 and doing mom DREAMING DMV proud when her and half brother LORDSLEY DMV scored 75.5 for Produce of Dam. Breeders Group with the above was won with 74.6. She was mare Reserve Champion.

All of Dreamcatcher’s homebred youngsters are through to the Region 6 championships where they will compete Sept 3 & 4 at Donida Farms in Auburn WA. Dreamcatcher is now qualified for the Inter 1 and Inter 1 Freestyle final to be held in Idaho......
