Windfall is sired by the legendary Weltmeyer (translates to World Ruler) – the famous chestnut
stallion that has been attributed with “almost single-handedly reshaping the Hanoverian breed”
(American Hanoverian Society). Weltmeyer was the winner of his stallion licensing in Verden; 1987
stallion performance test winner and FEI Three Year Old Champion in Warendorf; 1988 Best Stallion
in his Age Group; 1989 DLG Champion; and, in 1998 culminating in the title of Stallion of the Year.
With a Breeding Value Index of 152 he has an assured 99% heritability. Windfall impresses with his
father’s capacity for dressage performance and trademark lovely temperament.

Windfall comes from the good mother line Isabare, outstanding genetics traceable back to 1884.
Lady Weingard, a very successful jumping horse in the late 90s under Markus Beerbaum is bred from
this line. His grandsire was a private stallion, Fashion King. His dam, Fergie, as well as his granddam
Liebelei were one of the early approvals for the Hanoverian Jumper Breeding Program. Fergie has a
10 for scope and besides Windfall, produced another Weltmeyer son with success in dressage up to
S-level.

Windfall was successful in dressage to Intermediare level, including accolades for 2001 USDF 3rd level
Horse of the Year (median score 72.33%); 2002 AHS 4th level Horse of the Year (median 68.8%); USDF
Intermediare 1 Horse of the Year (median 71.13%). He passes on strong toplines, beautiful heads,
soft mouths and easy rideability with lots of suspension and wonderful temperament. Progeny
accomplishments include: 2003 daughter Wishful was 2004 LAEC winner; son Windsor swept the
winnings at his debut Training level (top score 76%); daughter Wictoria was AHS top mare in her AHS
inspection with 9 for walk and 8 for trot.

These qualities were honed by international judge and Olympic medallist Charlotte Bredahl-
Baker, trainer and his competition partner since 5 years of age. Windfall’s dozens of offspring
in the United States confirm he produces offspring with popular appeal for their performance
and personality traits. WINDFALL has recently joined the champions standing at Dreamcatcher
Meadows, giving a new market access to these spectacular genetics.
