Dreamcatcher Meadows takes two to four working pupils each year. They are housed in the charming “Trappers Cabin” and enjoy a combination of work and play with the ultimate goal of improving their skills from riding to stable management. Day to day involvement includes: caring for the needs of a few designated horses (which ones depends on current skill and experience level), assisting with regular chores, receiving daily tuition on ground training (lunging, free-jumping and long-reining), 3 to 5 ridden lessons. Students can bring their own horse or work with one of our schoolmasters. Competition experience is available. The program is for 3, 6 or 12 months with potential for future employment.
